Help!! Sick chicken.

our pet chicken is sick. I can't find a vet that will help her. She is still popping normal. At this point is eating and drinking. However she can't use her left leg and their is a lump above it. Her belly and vent are extremely distended. I thought she had a egg broke inside but I don't think so. I have bathed her for 20 min in warm water all she did was poop in it. Moved her to an isolated small cage where I can watch her. This was taken after her warm bath. This is breaking my heart. Someone please help. I can't just sit and watch her die.

Feeling heartbroken and hopeless!!

You can see her left leg is protruding out. She can barely walk on it.
