Help sick chickens!

Last week I had one of my beloved Marans hens die for no apparent reason. This afternoon I went to change the water and feel feeders and found another one stricken in the same manner. Her eyes are clear no kind of discharge from nasal area she seems alert just seems to have no balance when trying to get up. The only thing I could find her craw is really tight and seems as if it may be swollen. No change has ocurred in thier diet and pen was thouroghly cleaned after first one died. Sorry for the long post.

Hi, maybe moldy feed, if they all ready ate it before you cleaned it after the first one died its in them already. This can happen fast. The only thing you can do for that if in fact that is what is happening? is a water/molasses flush. that doesnt always work..
