Help - Sick duckling - Hunched neck and won't drink or eat

Hi I have a week old duckling that is eating but not drinking water and moves around but kinda slowly and the head is always on her shoulders anyone have any ideas

I'd pick up some Poultry Nutri Drench and some B complex PND is a great vitamin for ailing or newly hatched ducklings and the B complex is also much needed if ducklings are on chick starter since it doesn't have the amount of niacin that ducklings need. You can pick this up at Walmart and the PND at TSC.
Hopefully once started you see improvement pretty quick.
