Help. Sick hen with white spots.

Hen has been sick x 2 days. No mites. No egg production. Not too lethargic. Still eats a bit of mash and water. Used some electrolytes and apple cider vinegar. Now these white spots on one side of her comb.

Any insight is much appreciated.

My first thought was fowl pox. What are her other symptoms besides not laying and a little lethargic? Others with more experience should chime in here soon.
