HELP! SICK HEN!

I’m still very new to keeping chickens, and today one of them fell ill. She’s just reached a year old, and had no issues until now.
She‘s very lethargic, won’t move, won’t eat. She has really runny poop. She is drinking a lot. When I felt around her vent, I couldn’t feel any eggs (I’m pretty sure she laid today, anyway) or any swelling, so I don’t think she’s egg bound or has water belly. She hasn’t been vaccinated against anything. Please help!

What does her crop feel like—empty, full, puffy, hard or doughy? Do you have pictures of any of her droppings? Check her over for any mites or lice under her lower belly and elsewhere. Do you have any Poultry NutriDrench or electrolytes? My sick hens will usually take some scrambled egg or wet feed (if her crop is not full.) It can be hard to know exactly what the cause of her illness right away. Has she ever been wormed?

She’s definitely perked up a bit over night. She started eating a bit more. He crop feels quite doughy, is that normal? Yesterday her feathers were really puffed up around her, as if she was cold. Today she looks fine.
Here’s a picture of her runny poop from yesterday:

If it has turned hot where you are - she may be drinking a lot more - that would explain the excess urates...and she may want more rest in the shade. Electrolytes in the water, and wetting food may help. Do watch to be sure her crop empties overnight. If you haven't treated the flock for Coccid in 5-6 months - it might be a good idea.

Thank you!
