Thanks for reposting the video. I'm sorry, though, it doesn't tell us much.

Breathing fast and hard can be from stress, and stress can be caused by a lot of things. Weather extremes. Trouble laying an egg. Bullying by others. Infection. Clogged nares.

We need to see a photo of her most recent poop.

Is she able to stand without wobbling? Is she able to walk normally? Is there a bad odor to her poop? Is there a steady drip of yellow mucous from her vent?

Have you looked at the skin around the vent for lice?

Have you checked to see if her nares are clogged? Clogged nares can cause labored breathing.

I will post her poop but no she is completely heathly besides this.

Where are you located in the world and what's your temperature?

I'm in USA in Georgia, the weather has been changing but she started doing this way before the change.

Does she have an enlarged lower belly that might feel like it is full of water or solids? That can cause labored breathing. If it is fluid, that can be water belly or ascites from liver problems, usually associated with a reproductive disorder. If it is solid and enlarged, it could be from internal laying (salpingitis,) egg yolk peritonitis, or even cancer. Will she eat or drink some fluids for you? Has she laid eggs recently?

No fluid, her last egg was 2 days ago and she is eating and drinking just fine
