Help! Sick hen

My 4 yo NH red has been off the past few weeks and 2 d ago she stopped eating. She is much lighter than the others. Yesterday when I realized she wasn’t eating I syringed nutri drench into her beak and she immediately vomited liquid (I assume water and nutri drench) Her crop was pretty full and firm and all she wanted to do was drink so I assumed her crop was impacted. I syringed olive oil into her yesterday and this morning I massaged her crop (which felt squishy)- it seemed to go down but now she seems worse. None of what she has vomited has smelled sour at all so I don’t really think sour crop. She won’t eat or drink anything except a little water and she has had several watery poops. She is lethargic. No respiratory symptoms. Her comb looks healthy. I’m wondering if she has something further down blocked?

I have something similar going on with one hen, I have her on Medistat now but it's still super squishy and I'm not sure if it's improving. It had gone down a but last week but it's definitely bigger again.
