The best thing to use for eye infections is triple antibiotic ointment. The kind without the pain killler. It's the exact formula used in human eye medications by precription ..just not as refined. Turkeys tend to suffer a lot of allergies and sinus problems which will also affect their eyes. It could be anything from the bedding you are using to possible mold spores which you aren't aware of. Regardless where you put the poult disinfect the area thoroughly against mold.
@KJ6485 , your turkey looks beat up. I would spray her with blue Kote on any affected areas. Turkeys will pick at irritated spots on their feathers and skins so that is normal behavior. I would personally put her in a cage with the other birds for a few days so they can get used to her being with them, then when they don't seem to be paying any attention to her simply open the gate and let her join at free will. Separating her by herself is just going to postpone going through the same thing again later.
