Help! Sick pekin duck

She is up and walking again. But her stomach is making very loud growling noises

Up and Walking is defiantly a good sign. Do you think her stomach could be growling because she's hungry?

Maybe! But she has food right in front of her. She's been drinking the water I gave her and she's making her usual duck noises again. But she's been standing in the same spot all night

Good to read she is still with us!

I am guessing she is or was in shock. There may be other injuries, especially to her neck, but they could be anywhere, including her back and legs. If she took in a bit of water into her lungs, there is a high risk of infection, and that would need a course of antibiotics. I know next to nothing about which to use or how to administer, but wanted to mention that in case you need to do some research and figure it out.

Rest, and separation from the drake are two important things you are doing for her. Keep up the good work! As I wrote before, she is depending on you very heavily right now.

How are you holding up?

Good news! She is almost back to her regular self! I went into the bathroom and her food and water dishes were knocked over and there was an egg on the floor! I ran a bath for her and she's in there now going for a swim and washing the remaining blood off her face. She seems very content. I am doing much better now that she's alright, I was pretty worried when I first saw her, and when my boyfriend called to tell me to rush home to her he said he didn't think she would make it. So I am very happy. I am a bit concerned about what to do next though, as we only have the one pen other than the one with our chickens in it, and i think she might be too active to keep in the bathroom now..

. That's great news! Not much help on where to keep her now though.

:) Thanks for all the help. I'm going to see if I can find a dog pen or something and maybe keep the drake in there, within the pen, for when I'm not around

It's no problem at all

. You might try craigslist to find one for a fairly cheap price.
