Help! Sick pullet! Easter egger.

I have 4 easter eggers. They're about 5 months and not laying... this morning one seems a little off.. just standing around and easy to pick up. Usually these little girls are skittish and running away... now she just sits and let's me pick her up. She has eaten and drunk. I noticed a greenish poop on her butt...any idea what's wrong? Her head is all drawn in.

Possible chance of worms. Firstly I would trim back the poopy feathers with scissors (very carefully). Then monitor her poops, try and look for any more abnormality. Treat her and all the rest of the flock for worms (I recommend using Wormout, I've attached a pic).
