Help SICK PULLET?!

My cuckoo maran is 17 weeks... i recently bought 2 new 10 week pulltes. I tried quarantine and then let them all in the coop last night (im worried it was too early)... my older pullet is now acting sick... closing her eyes and barely eating. Please if anyone can help I would appreciate it. I don't want her to die. I just put apple cider vinegar in her water... has this happened to anyone else? Advice?

What are the other symptoms? Anything else? Itchy eyes? Sneezing?

Can you post a picture of her poop? Also, apple cider vinegar cannot be in a metal waterer, if my memory serves me correctly.

She was eating but less than usually and the ACV was in a plastic container. I will post a pic first thin in the morning. She will just stand and close one eye then close her other eye. No swaying, or anything yet and I checked for mites and lice...
