HELP SICK QUAIL!!sneezing

My quail has recently been sneezing and has had his one of his eye closed and when he does rarely open it it’s red. He is otherwise fine he walks around the garden although the poor thing is struggling. He is eating and drinking (drinking a lot). Wondering what it could be can anyone help it’s been like this for a week+. He is a coturnix quail around 8 months old.he is a lone bird

Could it be too dusty for him? Dust could irritate the eye and get into his lungs making him sneeze.
What bedding is he on?

Hi thank you so much for the reply he is on a wire, and he is indoor and is a clean, warm and dry environment.
