Help!-Sickly Buff Orpingtons!

I think I have done Terramyacin before- right now I am treating them with an electrolyte supplement now...
Electrolytes will only give them more energy; they won't cure an infection (though they will help support the birds immune systems, so that will help, I suppose). I'd worm them with another wormer, and then see what happens. If you see no improvement, and you have already tried Terramycin, I'd treat your birds with Tylan50 or Tylan200. Both antibiotics are strong, and usually work when treating infections. Both Tylan50 and Tylan200 (Tylan200 is just a more concentrated version of Tylan50) come in a powdered water soluble form, and a liquid injectable form. The injectable generally works faster, but if you have a lot of birds, injecting all of them can be tiring.

The Tylan50 injectable dosage is 1cc for large-fowl, .5ccs for bantams, injected into one side of the breast once daily for 5 days. The Tylan200 dosage is .5ccs for large-fowl, .2-.3ccs (depends on size of bantam) for bantams, injected into one side of the breast once daily for 3-4 days. Injecting may seem difficult, but after a bit of practice, it isn't. When injecting Tylan, use a very small gauged needle, and alternate the side of the breast that you inject into because Tylan can make the injection area sore. Once again, do not give dairy products, probiotics, or Apple Cider Vinegar during Tylan treatment.

Ok, I think I did Terramyacin-not sure though, I will do that, since I have it in stock, then wormer.

Oh, feed protein: 18%
I gave them a bit of starter/Grower feed :)

Thanks!!! I am going to treat them now- do you know the dosage for Theramyacin on a, maybe 2 or 3 pound bird?

The dosage is the same, no matter how old/heavy the bird. Larger birds will drink more, and thus consume more water, and smaller birds won't drink as much, and therefore won't overdose. The Terramycin dosage is 1/2 teaspoon powdered Terramycin per quart of drinking water for 7-14 days. Improvement should be seen after the first 3 days, but the treatment should be carried out for the full amount of time. Only offer the Terramycin water, as given a choice, most birds will not drink the antibiotic water, and instead will drink plain water if available.

Ivermectin will work--kind of. A lot of worms have become resistant to it, so it isn't my first choice as a wormer. I've never used it, but I know that people do use it.
Dawg53 has a link to an abstract that shows how ineffective it is a wormer, even at high doses, so I wouldn't waste my money on it. It is good for biting mice and lice, but not feather lice, 'cause they don't bite.

"Summary To evaluate the use of ivermectin as a bird anthelmintic, 29 White Leghorn hens naturally infected with Ascaridia spp., Heterakis spp. and Capillaria spp. were treated with 0.2, 2 or 6 mg/kg intramuscularly or 0.2 or 0.8 mg/kg orally. Faecal samples were collected before treatment and at autopsy, 2, 6, or 16 days after treatment, when the intestines were also examined for helminths. None of the treatments gave satisfactory anthelmintic results."
