Help!-Sickly Buff Orpingtons!

I already have Ivermectin so I won't be wasting money if I try it a little

Just don't rely on it killing any of the worms mentioned in the abstract. I also have a bottle, but I use it for mites. You're better off going with something like fenbendazole for nternal parasites.

Someone mentioned bacterial. It seems to fit all the symptoms. Finding the right antibiotic is difficult without knowing which bacteria it is. My first guess would be e.coli or salmonella . The other thing is Necrotic Enteritis. Corid won't touch it, it's not cocci. It's bacterial. Sulfadimethoxine (not sulmet) will cover coccidiosis and a lot of bacterial ailments, it's an antibiotic. (think sulfa drugs and UTI's).

I gave them about 1/2 a teaspoon in their Gallon water yesterday, (Duramyacin-10)
I think you might be under-dosing. What type of Duraymcin are you using; the 400mg or the 800mg? From what info I found on BYC, the dosage is 1 teaspoon per gallon of water for 400mg, and 2 teaspoons per gallon of water for 800mg.

Umm, it says Tetracycline under Duramyacin-10, and it was talking about both types on the label. I didn't fill the water all the way so hopefully it will help them...
