My hen laid a small egg today, its a little bigger than a golf ball. Can I incubate it? I am collecting her eggs daily to incubate, she is my breeder.

I would not incubate that egg, personally. Most likely it is what is called a 'fart egg', and has no yolk in it.

And even if it does have a yolk, the egg will be too small for a chick to develop in. You'd just have to constantly watch it to make sure it doesn't rot and explode, ruining your entire hatch.

Too much trouble for one egg, IMO.

For incubating you want to use the best eggs possible - I would wait a few days and get the ones that are more "normal" in size and shape to incubate.
