second post today: my 4 week old chick has slowly been growing a big belly under her vent. It’s really swollen. She’s acting totally fine. I rinsed her with warm water and used vegetable oil on her vent to make sure she can poop easily. Does anyone know what the heck This might be????

Is she your only one?
What are you feeding?
How warm do you keep her?
Might be an internal malformation that's not letting her poop at all. I'd separate her out and see if she's pooping.

She’s with 5 other new chicks. She’s eating the chick feeder grower. She’s in our 60 degree heated garage at night, but she’s still one of the smallest of the brood. We’ve had her for a week but this has just started the last day or two.

Good news: she is pooping. I separated her like you said and she is moving stuff along....

She is pooping. I separated her for a long time today and she pooped. She’s eating and drinking and acting fine. She is about a month old now. I just don’t know what to make of this...

Is this chick pooping at all? Unless I'm missing something, the vent does not look right.
I agree with Eggcessive that distended abdomen could be infection.

Would she still have those infections if she was a month old now?

The pictures look a bit like omphalitis or mushy chick disease, which is a result of yolk sac infection from hatch. I have never seen this, but you might do some reading. Another thought is it might be a hernia. Here is an article or two to read:
