Help... soft/no shell egg and breeding

Hello,

I have two issues with my layers. Both I feed 16% layer feed.

1. Barred Rock laying hard-shell eggs every day, but I have been seeing some breeding (blood drops) on the ground where she hang out . Is she sick? What can I do?

2. RIR laying soft shell eggs, or some times no shell (just egg york and egg white) almost every day.... What's wrong? and why? What can I do about it?
