Help solve a marital debate (gender guesses)

Hi all, I am back and my 5 chickens are 3 months old. I believe 2 of the white ones with the plumes on the tails are Roos but my spouse says that they aren't crowing or fighting so.....(we cannot have Roosters in our flock due to city rules). Can you seasoned pros help identify which (number 1 -5) you believe are roosters? Also is it weird that the brown one has no comb? Thanks!

I believe that 1 and 4 are cockerels. Time will tell the tale. Can't make out the comb on the brown bird - she may have a pea comb.

i agree 1,4 cockerels but thinking #5 is as well that’s an awfully long “sickle” feather standing up!

3 month old cockerels won't crow unless they are Jaerhons or a similarly early maturing breed. They won't fight yet either. That is not your sign.
Also pullets of that age will have tiny combs. That may be your sign if they are all the same breed and some already have big combs and others don't.

1,3,4 are roos and possibly 5.
Can you get some better pics of the saddle feathers and hackle (neck) feathers. Boys hackle and saddle feathers are long & pointy, girls are shorter & rounded.
