Help! Some of my new hatch is not eating or drinking and getting weak

My bantam did the same thing, it drank but would not eat and would just sleep while the others were running around. I put some plain yogurt on my finger and rubbed it on her beak and she started to eat little bits off my finger. Then i tried putting some crumble in my hand and she ate a few pieces. It was enough to get her started. It took her a few days to perk up and start eating good. Try some yogurt and sugar water.
