HELP Something attacked my birds

Well she has made it so far... She is much more active but really looks bad. She isn't getting up on the perch I assume because she cant fly. I only have two and since the other one hasn't pecked or picked I decided to leave them both together in the coop.

I did put a smaller dog house in there in case she feels more secure there.

While in the 'City' I never lost a bird. Since moving to the country we lost all the chickens in 3 attacks, 2 ducks in a day and now almost one Guinea.

A few weeks ago we spotted a large Mt Lion I would guess 100# or more! I dont see this cleaning off the feathers. I really dont want to fold but the 1st year here I have gotten beat down and worn out! I have to get this right before any more are slaughtered!

I would suggest you keep the birds in a covers coop with with at least, welded wire fencing, at night and while you are away.
I would add a couple of strands of electric fence to that to keep bigger predators away.

Because of predators I do not free range my hen unless I am out side. because they do not free range as much as I would like to allow them I built a large yard 28x56 which is planted with a pasture mix off the coop.
