Help! Something clearly wrong with one-week old chick

My one-week old gray chick's wings are droopy, cracking sound while breathing, nonstop crying,
Also Something is wrong with it's leg, (its limping)

This is an emergency, Please help ASAP!!!

Sounds like it could be pneumonia, or some other systemic infection. Do you have any Sulphadime powder or some other kind of antibiotic powder available? A good way to treat her is dissolve some in water and drip a cc or two into her mouth using the plastic part of a syringe, a couple times per day until she is better. It's also a good idea to separate her from the other chicks, in case she might pass the infection to them. Also, get some probiotics to mix in her water (chick boost is good) while she is being treated, to prevent the antibiotics from causing digestive upset.
