Help!! Something Is Hanging Out Of My Chicks Bottom! W Pics

I have a Speckled Sussex chick a wk old. It's not gaining weight. When it goes poo it cry's and there's blood that comes out from this red thing am thinking it's part of it's intestines.
I started putting Bacitritin on his bottom to see if that help the swallowing.

Sorry but can't see the pic. Until someone can help I would keep that area moist maybe saline, wouldn't want it to dry up if you need to put it back into place
