Help! Hatched chick not thriving w/ wound on belly!

Thank you- there are 2 others that were from the same flock that aren’t doing anything. Day 22 and no movement. So, I am thinking those didn’t make it either. Such a sad thing to watch. She did pass.

I’m so sorry it’s always hard losing animals.

These things happens. It's sad, but when hatching/breeding animals of any species there is always a chance to have a deformed baby every once in a while so we must be prepared in advance to some losses. It's nature. It might happen more often with inbreeding, but it's still nature.
