As to your question... I have never had a chicken with any kind of neurological issue, no.

Have I put chickens down due to illness or injury? Yes.

Yes it does. If it is wry neck or seizures is this cureable or not. I was looking at videos also with the same thing too and they said it survived and that it had wry neck.

Wry neck can be treated with Vitamin E and Selenium supplements in the water. You can Google poultry vitamins, and it should bring up some options for you... Just make sure there's no IRON in it. If you can't find them together, you can get them separately and combine them.

If it's seizures, it depends on what's causing them as to whether or not they will recover or get over it.

I honestly think your chick probably does have wry neck. I had one with it that did the exact same thing. Head curled under chest, walking backward and spasming. I have her poly-vi-sol without iron, selenium, and vitamin E oil. I sryinged this mix into her mouth 2x a day for 2 weeks. I was about to give up when she went from no change to completely normal in one day! I continued a once a day dose for another week. Today she is a happy healthy hen who lays beautiful green eggs for me almost every day

Oh, and the dose I used for the vitamin mix was 1/2 dropper poly-vi-sol, 1/4 tablet selenium crushed, and 2 drops vitamin E oil. I just mixed it together and held her beak open and dribbled it into her mouth. Wait till she stops peeping as you hold her and put one drop in first so she stops trying to breath then drop the rest in as fast as possible so she doesn't have to come up for air. If you need to just give her a couple drops at a time. Keep it up cuz it takes a long time before you see results
