Is she in the house? She probably doesn't need a heat lamp.

Not likely related to the SLM.I just did my hens second treatment today, I’m doing the Vaseline treatment. Yesterday I noticed she was getting lethargic and today she’s just standing around and not doing anything. I did another treatment and have her in a kennel so I can see how she’s eating, I also gave her water with electrolytes. She not bloated and although I didn’t get to the coop in time to see if her crop me tied overnight it was more empty than it was last night. Now she’s just standing in the corner of her kennel, she hasn’t eaten or drunk any water and she has watery poop. Is this related to what’s wrong with her feet?
Per the article I read for slm I cleaned her legs with some hydrogen peroxide, and the flock was treated with tylosin for a week, other than that not yet.I'm so sorry she's not doing better. Is all you've done so far put vaseline on her legs? Have you given any medications or used any other product?
She is in a shed, but it is insulated and temp regulated. The colored light is a lamp for the plants that are in the shed.Is she in the house? She probably doesn't need a heat lamp.
Her last egg was two weeks ago, my hens haven’t been laying much lately, she was last dewormed last month, and I will offer her the water mixture and see how it goes. Not likely related to the SLM.
When was her last egg?
When was she last dewormed?
I'd offer her some sugar water, (1tsp sugar to 1cup water) and offer her sips to see if she will perk up. See if she will eat a little wet soupy feed once she's drinking.
