My son thought he was helping turning the eggs and dropped one. I started lockdown last night due to it being internally Pipped. It was smashed in pretty good so I peeled off that portion and we can see the ducklings beak. There is a little bit of bleeding from membrane I cleaned up a little with a tip and but it back in incubator with humidity hovering between 75-80. Should I wet a paper towel and place around egg until veins shrink or leave with high humidity? The ducklings are at day 25. And yes poor kid he feels absolutely horrible

I just got done posting a thread asking questions. She finished hatching today. She was a little shrink wrapped in but had unabsorbed yolk so we left her in half egg with damp paper towel wrapped around it. She’s still not standing But she’s chirping and looks like she’s trying to. I am not sure if she can’t pick up her neck or if it’s normal to be pushing herself around incubator.
