Help! Splayed leg in young pigeon

I have this young pigeon that has a splayed leg so I used velcro to keep her feet together. Will her legs go back to normal or is she permanently disabled? Is she too old for the legs to go back to normal? Please anyone with advice. Thank you

I encountered splayed leg a couple times. I tried my best,, to keep legs together with bandages, and rubber band combos. Pigeons grew to adult size, and splayed legs stayed splayed..
Is your pigeon splayed on both,, or just one??
Mine were on both.
Also,, was this evident from hatch?? or a result of a dislocated joint?
