When someone asked about a cabinet incubator in these post, it is quite obvious that the sportsman outsells it's competition...it is a good unit and does what the consumer wants...to hatch eggs. There are however other units out there that are as good or better than for the same money or many times less....so when you ask a question regarding a sportsman here, the answers you get are tilted pro-sportsman.
From my research I like the brinsea 20 with turner $149 table top.
Dickey Incubators cabinet with turner & electronic therm $566.
brinsea 190 cabinet, with all the whistles.........................$700.
I would say you need to rely on information you have gathered not what someone has told you based on their purchase alone.
