Thanks for all of the support and advice!
I'm not ruling out Mareks or a vitamin deficiency, since I just got these little ones a few weeks ago, and the place they came from wasn't in great condition. There were lots of hens in small cages that were open to the elements. I wish I knew more about her past!
As far as poisoning... I'm not positive, but I don't think it is poisoning. She was in the henhouse with her other bantam friends (that all came with her), and I have a large run for them. These little girls don't get to free range. They couldn't have gotten into compost or rotting food. I did have my rabbit in the run for a while, so I suppose any bunny poop piles could have composted? It's odd that she would be the only one in it though. She usually has an accomplice!
Thanks for the advice on vitamin deficiency... I'll try to get her started on that ASAP. She's becoming quite the little pest about the water. If I try to squirt water in her beak, she breathes out through her mouth and spits it back on me. That's why I've made her a mash out of her hen food, so she still gets water.
