my silkie has just hatched 2 eggs, 1 3 days ago and 1 yesterday and another coming through today by the looks of it, but when she stood up this morning an egg and chick were stuck to her under feathers, i had to prise them off, should i intervene and try and wash silkies crusty sticky feathers? the same happened yesterday when she stood she took a chick with her by the neck as a bit of hairy silkie feather was wrapped around it.
