Help! Strange White Spheres on Silkie's Face!

I have had my Silkie for about a year now. After getting her I saw these strange white spheres looking kinda like eggs on her feathers around her face. I have tried seven dust and dictomonous earth on her and given her vitamins and electrolytes. I have tried to cut the feathers with them.off but they are so close to her skin that im scared to cut her. She has normal behavior but I really need to know what these are and how can I get rid of them! PLEASE Help! I am suppose to be getting new chicks and don't want them to get this!

Those are lice eggs stuck to feather/fluff shafts. I've read that coconut oil will remove them. Dusting is ineffective unless you actually see lice crawling on her.

Thank you, know I know what they are. How do I use the coconut oil should i just bathe her in it or rub it on the feathers? Should i buy a lice comb and also remove them that way?
