Help! Stuffed porkchop recipe needed

    My sis is bringing for dinner some 1-1/2 inch thick porkchops. We need a good recipe for stuffing. Does anyone have a favorite way of cooking stuffed pork chops?

    i slice a slit into the chop almost to the back and leave a pocket for stuffing.i make the stuffing like stove top or your own then i stuff the chops and i put the extra stuffing in a casserole dish, place stuffed chops on top of extra stuffing . pour canned pork gravy over all and cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till done.. about 1 hour.
