HELP! Suffering baby chicks 💔

Hi, I posted previously in hopes to find help for my wry necked little silkie. I’m extremely new to chicken raising so I’m basically clueless. I foolishly let one of our other birds in with the wry necked silkie, Gobbles. So he wasn’t alone and I figured he was dealing with some sort vitamin deficiency and wouldn’t be a big deal. But as time goes on, it’s apparent that this is neurological. The other silkie, Feathers, we put in the brooder with him bc he was having constipation issues. We just decided to leave him in with Gobbles. Feathers is now walking backwards, having tremors, and uncontrollably twisting his neck. Not only do I fear this being neurological, I am worried this is some sort of disease. We got these chicks from Crackle Hatchery and received them by mail on September 16th. We paid extra for the Marek's vaccine for them. We noticed Gobbles had problems from the beginning. We did selenium and Vit E for about the first week of his arrival. First 3 days he looked better, and he got worse. Thanks to this form, we figured out that he needed the B Complex with Vit E instead. He’s been on the Vit B and Vit E for going on 3 days now and also adding boiled egg yolk into the Mana Pro 24% protein starter crumble. Now his brooder mates is showing really disturbing signs. Craziest part to me is, they eat, drink, and go potty just fine. I am at a loss of what to do at this point. Whatever it may be, Feather’s symptoms seem slightly different than that of Gobbles.

Gobbles Symptoms:
Wry Neck
Distressed Chirping
Circling
Walking Backwards
Running in circles.
Head Tucking
Isn’t growing as fast

Feather’s Symptoms:
Slight Wry Neck
Convulsions
Tremors
Uncontrollable Neck twisting
Walking backwards.

I have stopped Feathers during one of his episodes and he was shaking. He doesn’t like being touched much so I never force him. But he sat in my hand while inside the brooder and shook and it helped him from the uncontrollable neck twisting. I live rural and I’m not sure if there are any avian vets around. But maybe someone can give me some idea of what I’m up against.

They're way too young for any disease to manifest like this.
What doses of vitamins are you giving?

Human grade Vit E and Vit B complex. Boiled egg yolk in food. Also Poultry Cell in water.

I suppose the walking backwards and tremors made me feel they’re not acting normal. And now to have 2 acting weird is concerning. They just don’t look well compared to our other chicks.

Good idea. Hopefully they can help in someway. Brooder is between 90° to 70°. Plenty of room for them to exit the heat if need be. But the stay at the warmer side of the brooder.

How much are they getting? Is the feed medicated?
It could be a version of failure to thrive, if don't improve. Unfortunately, it happens.
