Help!! Swollen face!!!!

Hi today I noticed that my oldest hen has a swollen face. First I noticed it in one of my 15-16 week old pullets then it seemed to go away, few days later I noticed it in one of my 13-14 week olds. Although in my 15-16 week old it seemed to be the top eyelid that was swollen. In my 13-14 week old it seemed to be the bottom eyelid that was swollen. Now both of them seem to be fine eating and behaving normal but we still have our hen. It looks like her upper face is swollen, not really her eyelid but right underneath. It is very samll and not very swollen but I am afraid it may get worse. What can I do?

I was glad when the first one was over and thought it was gone

then to my disappointment it came back

then it was gone again

and now it's back again

Please help!!! I don't want this to spread to anymore of the flock.

Swelling or bumps on the face can be caused by Fowl Pox, sinus infection (caused by a number of things), or Myco.
