HELP!!! Swollen foot, NOT Bumblefoot!

And one weird thing is I have two chickens that have it and just realized another one of my hens has it but hardly, and I just pulled the scab and sprayed her, I'm gonna wait to see on her. But there's no prickers in there run and I tryed sanding the perches with sandpaper, so I'm not sure, it seems contagious 🤔
