Help! Swollen hot bare belly

I have lost one rooster and 2 hens this year. My rooster died of sudden death after recuperating from a respiratory illness, one hen died from sudden death at the vets office when he tried to draw blood, the last hen died 5 weeks ago when she was taken by a bobcat that jumped into my backyard, while I was home!
It never gets easier when a pet dies. You just grieve and refocus your attention on the surviving animals. They really need you and can't survive without your efforts and love. After all they are your pets that you love. So, have a glass of wine...then bury your hen and move forward.
God Bless

Yes that’s it
Cattle get warbles, it's one of the reasons we use a pour on insecticide. But warbles need to breathe so they lay just beneath the surface of the skin so they have a breathing hole. (Sounds very nasty, doesn't it)

I'm inclined to wonder the same as the others about the possibility of something like egg peritonitis. The intestines shouldn't have been able to burst out of the tissues and muscles if it was just a warble. :(
