Help Temp ????

Ok I set my incubator it is a cabinet. The electronic thermastat dosen't work. I am using the waffer. It was holding temp till last night, lost 2 deg. I turned it up. Held temp all day, now it is down another degree, Do I need to replace the waffer too?

Are you sure its the thermostat and not the thermometer?

Go to Harbor Freight and get the thermometer/hygrometer combo for $9.99. I got one and love the thing! Accurate temps and humidity readings.

I don't think one degree will matter a lot. Many people have home made ones that vary by 3-4 degrees and still have successful hatches. Just be sure it stays in the 99-101 range.
