I just walked in there 15 minutes ago, and he was on his side....

I'm sorry that he's declining again.
Were you able to get some poultry vitamins?
Have you checked him really well for lice and mites?

I mean, he didn't make it..... and he was just getting better. but i think i know what it is now, well when he died he was still warm and limp so i check his mouth, which had slime in it, so he had Chronic Respiratory Disease, or CRD. Which if you google for chickens, he had all the symptoms....

I'm very sorry that you lost him.

It's very hard to know the cause of death without a necropsy/testing. Would you consider sending the body to your state lab?

Sorry for your loss. I do not think that you decide that he had CRD, or anything else without first getting a necropsy on his body by your state vet or poultry lab. He didn’t sound like he had CRD symptoms from your posts. Bodies must be kept cold, not frozen to be taken or sent to the state poulty lab.
