Help-They are sick!!

My chickens are sneezing, have bubbles in some of their eyes and nose... whats wrong with them? Is there a way to fix it?they are also making funny noises

Look for swelling around their face and eyes--that is a sign of sinus infection. Respiratory diseases can be brought in to our flocks by wild birds, taking home birds from other people or swap meets with sick birds, or visiting feed stores or other people's farms without using biosecurity measures.

I didn't really see any swelling but it's been about a week they have been like this. How can I help then?
