Help they hatch five days early what do I do

I came home today to find these two hatched out five days early. Haven't gotten a router taken care of yet not sure what to do. I move them out to the round pen so they wouldn't be tromping around the eggs. They have food and water is this right? Forgot to add, the egg turner was still on and in the incubator since they hatched early. I took the turner out and put all the eggs on the mash floor

They are in a small tote with a large heat lamp. I put the thermometer in there but I was only up to 94 when I left. They seem to have quieted down and curled up

Update: 5 of 8 guineas hatched.. still waiting on the chicks..
