Help! They keep running away!

I just picked up 6 two-week old chicks over the weekend. Is it too late for them to bond to me? They keep running away from me. Is this normal? Is there anything that I can do to help them to behave differently? Help me please! This is all very new to me.

if they aren't attacking you its pretty good.

you can try bribing them with treats
