help this baby chick

This chick was hatched at 11 am yesterday and my friend hasn’t moved him from the incubator since he couldn’t use his legs just look for advice

Turn it over and take some pictures of the legs, then take it out of the incubator and into the brooder. It looks like it might have spraddle leg- you can search the forums here for how to help.
