Can anyone explain this? My rooster that has spurs, mates with hens, crow just laid an egg right in front of me HELP..

Nah, probably just alot of testosterone in your girl. If you don't have an actual rooster that can amplify it. Pretty cool.

How many birds of what age and gender do you have in your flock?

I have seen no photo of bird/spurs/egg.
So I cannot answer your question.
