Help trying to save great tit eggs

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me if the 2 red eggs are ok? A great tit nested in our communal ashtray and i put a note on it for nobody to use it but unfortunately someone put a cigarette in it and scared the mum away, i got an incubator and have been in there since last thursday can you tell me if they are ok please x

The two lower eggs look as if they are developing to my old eyes.

Ok thank you i just got worried as today is day 9 of being in the incubator do you think they can develop so quickly in 4 days?
