HELP! Turkey poult with a foot problem!

I noticed one of my turkeys feet today, and this is what I saw. I have 11 turkeys, and they are housed in a pen that I built for them. Does anyone know what is wrong with this ones feet? PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: After watching all the Turkeys, this is the only one with this. I watched him (I think its a tom) and he seems to be pecking his own foot. Is there anything anyone can recommend? Has anyone seen this? Is it a worry?

Looks like the toes are being picked apart. I would separate the poult, wash the feet well and put neosporin on it and bandage. Though if that is bone stickling out oin the second toe, I don't have advice for that.
