Help! Twin chicks?

Today I manually piped an egg, I did this because I thought it internally piped over 24 hours ago. When I opened the air cell part of the egg I saw that it didn't internally pip, but then I saw something more interesting------I saw what looked like a head smaller than a penny and maybe a leg next to it. Then I put bacitracin on the egg so it doesn't dry out.

Any advice? Does any one know what that is?

It's ok I will just wait, how can I tell if its dead

I tap on the shell gently with my fingernail. If it alive it will chirp or move or something.
