HELP!!! TWO SPRATTLE LEGGED CHICKS!!!! WHAT DO I DO???

What about for a 3-4 week old chick? He has minor spraddle leg I think and I just dont know what to do... He wont even walk really...
 
It can still work for a 3 week old chick---just give it a try. Good Luck
