Help unsure of Gender... ISA brown 8-9 weeks

Hard to tell with the fencing in the way, it is covering up the comb. I guess cockerel by the pinking in the wattle though, and the stance.

Well I got em at Rural king so are they always correct on breed? And why the development of wattle

Me either so I feel ya. That being said I had a roo in my batch last year and he was very easy to rehome, so I wouldn't worry too much either way. You should be able to tell for sure it's a male before it gets to crowing age, but if he starts to crow you know for sure!
