HELP URGENT CHICKEN FALLEN ON GROUND

I found my chicken laying on the ground I thought she was dead but when o touched her her eyes opened what should I do. She’s old so is this just her dying, she’s healthy as far as I can tell. Is she in pain should I move her or leave her and should I leave her alone or put her down

Ok maybe, but what should I do is it best to leave her or put her down. It looks like she fell because of how her wings was so I tucked it in so it wasn’t as uncomfortable but I haven’t risked any other movement so far

She moved twice it seemed like she was trying to get up, but she stoped and her head made tiny jerking movements after moving

Well she’s not moving so should I pick her up, it seems to hurt her to move when she moves herself should I put her down

Yea unless she suddenly gets up and jumps around ill put her down if she doesn’t go on her own
