HELP!! URGENT

We have a brown shaver. Not sure her age. Lately she has packed on the weight. It's hot here today and we have just brought her into house as her breathing is really laboured. HELP...

How is she doing now? Can you give us ANY other symptoms or clues as to what's happening? Is their any wheezing when breathing? Any mucus or coughing present? How is her poo? How long since she last laid an egg. Does she seem to be straining as if to lay? How is her crop? Is it emptying correctly? Does her tail bob when she's breathing? Is she lethergic or puffed up? Is she closing her eyes as if sleepy? I know this is a LOT of questions but each answer can be a clue as to what her issue is. We would need more clues to guess her problem. Have you checked her vent for a stuck egg? Please look listen and feel for any more clues as to what's happening with her and please post. Right now there is not enough clues to her condition as to make a diagnosis or help. So please post more information and we can try to help after we have more info. I wish you the best. She's not AS bad but still not good
No wheezing, mucus or coughing
Her poo stinks and quite a bit stuck to her feathers.
Not sure last lay as has been with others but does seem to be straining as tail bobbing
Crop seems fine
She is quite slow....a bit lethargic
Gave her a high calcium makeup last night and a warm bath this morning
It also looks like she has lost some feathers under vent area
